The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform,” owned and operated by Apna Vayapar (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
The Platform acts as a match-making marketplace that enables User(s) to connect, negotiate, and interact with other User(s) for the purpose of entering into agreements for the sale or supply of goods or services.
Apna Vayapar is not a party to any negotiations that take place between User(s) of the Platform and is not a party to any agreement, including agreements for sale, purchase, supply, delivery, or payment of goods or services, concluded between User(s).
The Company does not control and is not responsible for:
The quality, safety, genuineness, or legality of products or services listed
The accuracy of listings or representations made by User(s)
The ability of sellers to complete a sale
The ability of buyers to complete a purchase
All transactions are independently undertaken by the respective User(s).
All terms relating to:
Sales and purchases
Pricing and payment
Order confirmation
Delivery and logistics
Transfer of goods or services
Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Are independently agreed upon between the respective User(s). The Company or Platform is not privy to such arrangements.
Accordingly:
Apna Vayapar does not offer, process, or guarantee refunds or cancellations on behalf of User(s).
The Platform does not hold payments in escrow (unless otherwise expressly stated).
The Company is not responsible for reversing, refunding, or canceling any transaction between User(s).
Any request for refund or cancellation must be raised directly with the respective buyer or seller involved in the transaction.
Apna Vayapar understands that disputes may arise between User(s) in relation to transactions conducted through the Platform. In such cases, we encourage the concerned User(s) to communicate directly and attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
The Company shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, or disputes arising out of or in connection with refund or cancellation matters between User(s).
Under no circumstances shall Apna Vayapar be liable for:
Non-delivery of goods or services
Defective or damaged products
Payment disputes
Unauthorized transactions
Failure of refund or cancellation requests
Users acknowledge that they transact at their own risk and responsibility.
Apna Vayapar reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes shall become effective upon posting on the Platform.
