Shipping and Delivery Policy

Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website www.apnavayapar.com (the “Website”). The Website referred to as the “Platform.”

You, as a user of the Platform (“User(s)”), acknowledge that Apna Vayapar (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates solely as an online B2B marketplace facilitating connections between buyers and sellers.

About the Platform

The Platform acts as a match-making platform that enables User(s) to connect, communicate, negotiate, and enter into agreements for the sale or supply of goods or services.

Apna Vayapar is not a party to any negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, shipping arrangements, or transactions concluded between User(s). The Company does not act as a buyer, seller, distributor, logistics provider, or agent in any transaction between Users.

All commercial terms including pricing, payment terms, shipping arrangements, delivery timelines, and product warranties are independently agreed upon between the respective Users outside the Platform.

Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  1. Independent Arrangement:
    Shipping, delivery, and logistics arrangements are solely the responsibility of the respective buyer and seller.

  2. Logistics Providers:
    Users may choose to:

    • Use their own logistics services, or

    • Engage third-party courier, freight, or transportation providers.

  3. Risk & Title Transfer:
    The transfer of risk, title, and ownership of goods shall be determined mutually between the transacting Users and in accordance with their agreed commercial terms.

  4. Shipping Charges:
    Any shipping, freight, insurance, handling, or delivery charges shall be mutually decided and borne as agreed between the buyer and seller.

No Control or Liability

Apna Vayapar does not:

  • Control or supervise shipment or delivery of goods or services

  • Guarantee delivery timelines

  • Verify shipping documentation or tracking details

  • Assume responsibility for delays, damages, losses, or non-delivery

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, or dispute arising out of shipping or logistics arrangements between Users.

Disputes Related to Shipping

Any disputes regarding:

  • Delayed shipments

  • Damaged goods

  • Incorrect deliveries

  • Non-delivery

  • Transportation losses

Must be resolved directly between the concerned Users or with the respective logistics service provider. Apna Vayapar shall not be responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Compliance with Laws

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that:

  • Shipments comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws

  • Proper documentation (e.g., GST invoices, e-way bills, export documentation, etc.) is generated and maintained

  • Goods transported are lawful and permitted under applicable regulations

The Company shall not be liable for regulatory violations arising from shipment of goods.

Amendments

Apna Vayapar reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Updated versions shall be posted on the Platform and shall become effective upon publication.
